Generate invoice on partial refund

Hi,

Once the payment is processed i don’t see any option to generate new invoice. As the title says, i refunded partial of the order and the invoice didn’t updated. Still shows the original payment, not the updated (partial refunded amount).
Any suggestion how to update invoice once is generated on order?

I followed the instructions on FAQ page, by editing custom fields and it doesn’t work.
