Generate HTML code for latest posts to go in email

I’ve just installed mautic and one feature is to set up emails and newsletters in html

I wish to set up emails that can go out every week that automatically contain the latest post from the certain categories.

Either 3 or 5 of the latest posts, maybe showing the featured image at a set size.
I would like one email to send latest posts from all categories and then let people sign up to updates from single categories only

I need some way of getting that html code in a dynamic way
