Generate Download Link fails

    I have a file uploaded to this path “DNS/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/opsd_C7JyZo9WN7cnj4LYAL6s/file-upload-types.1.2.1.zip”. <- This Links are work all.
    But then i generate a Download Link, this Link only open the home page and not download the file.”DNS/wordpress/?product=MzIsMTYxNzcwOTg3NCwwLDAuMC4wLjAsJDJhJDEyJEtlRUZGN1lWdjNhWmd2bVB5c1ZIVWVjTFpBdFlqRWFVeUNZR3FRdTMuRHRwZzJaajRUbDJp/file-upload-types.1.2.1.zip”
    Why this is happens ? Can anyone help me ?

    Hello.
    Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
    Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
    If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
    We just need to find the reason of this issue.

    Secure Downloads is only activated and i use the default theme. It is a new installation from wordpress.

    So in this case something wrong with server configuration, may be with security mod at the server. Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

    Did ypu mean this log file “/var/log/httpd/error_log” ?

    Yes. But you need to recheck with support of your hosting what the reason of blocking that php request for sending file.
