Generate Blocks – Animate Once

We created an animated button in this site’s announcement bar announcing a press release with the Philadelphia Union. We love the animation, but we would prefer it only animate one time per visitor session. As it is, it is animating every time a visitor goes to another page on the site during their visit. I seem to recall seeing a control in the settings that would limit the animation to only 1x. Any help is appreciated.
