Generally good plugin but updates sometimes problematic

  • I give this plugin 4 stars. It’s generally great but there are often conflicts with other plugins, especially with the checkout field customization. The email window dropped out and it took a while to fix/troubleshoot.

    With all due respect, the issues you described above should not have happened due to our plugin.

    However, it’s possible that it is happening on your end due to a cache-related problem.

    Thanks for the response Tarek. Ticket was opened but still waiting to hear back. I’d like your team’s help doing it without giving full admin access (high risk).
