Generally Buggy Software. Now Can’t Set Text Properties

Sorry for the late reply. I have just had a look at your screenshot…

Since my colleague Elvira was able to accomplish that task on their test site I do think that the next step would be to perform a conflict test on your site and see if that makes any difference.

Can you please follow the instructions here and let us know how it goes?
