From the details on the plugin and screen shots I think this plugin will do the job my client has asked me to set up for him. However, without documentation I haven’t been able to figure out how to get it to work. I have been playing with it now for 3 days straight! Far more hours than I am getting paid to do this job.
I don’t know where to insert the short codes to get any of the forms to come up. I have read through pages of forum posts and tried the various things people have suggested, but I do not get anywhere any forms popping up.
Is there any real documentation or how to manual for this plugin? Something like that would be so useful.
I am not a WP newbie and have worked with many plugins that have shortcodes, but I am at a loss on how to get this one working.
Please point me to documentation. Thank you.

Have you read the installation directions here:

Also, the freqeuntly aksed questions here:
    FAQs

Additionally this documentation is available in the readme.txt file that comes with the plugin.

Yes I have read the installation instructions and the FAQs many times, as well as pages of forum threads. What I was looking to see is an actual how to. In other words to do this you need to do that. I see others have been looking for the same thing.

Anyway, I have since found a thread where it mentions an incompatibility issue with WP3.7 (which is the version I was testing the plugin on). I have now created another test environment with a previous WP version and it seems to be working. At least I can now try to figure out how it actually works.

It would be very helpful to have some documentation no how to put it all together and what are the expected results.

I will watch for the next version to come out to support WP3.7 and then test it too.

The premise of the plugin is awesome and I am hoping it is what I have been looking for
