General sitemap.xml for a directory

I was hoping you could help me.
Do you know if Yoast can generate a sitemap.xml file for all categories, locations, and listings, on a directory site (not just the individual pages of the site)?
Specifically, this directory theme –> https://themeforest.net/item/directory-portal-wordpress-theme/3840053 ?
