If you have enabled custom titles you can add your custom title here. Whatever you type here will be placed between the < title >< /title > tags in header.php.

I would look in header.php file of your theme.
If it is in the there, then create a Child theme and edit the header file from there.

fyi, It will likely affect other pages suc as About Us for example – as you would want it to be printed like this :
Thomas Craig Wealth Management | About Us

If this is the case, you could use the is_home lop in your header file :

Regarding Site Title, is it compulsory that we have to use the exact name of the domain or we can use the keyword as the title for the site? My site name is worldsitesearch

Not compulsory.
You can type in whatever you want.
