General Settings page is option for Cache Level

Hi Im using Fastcache; seems to be the fastest of all ive tested and i intend to upgrade when able.
My question is that in WP Dashboard, under Settings, General Page, near the bottom of the page is an option to Choose

Endurance Cache Cache Level. I have it left at zero. But because Im using fastcache, I have no idea if it matters or if there is a recommended setting for this or just leave it at zero? Im using cloudflare CDN just FYI. can you advise on Best Practice regard cache setting under General page, while using wpfastcache? Thanks for your help, Robert
