general settings for trackbacks and comments aren't kept

    Dear Support,

    I’ve noticed that our Disqus comments vanished a couple of days ago.

    At that time I went to the WP-Optimize plugin general settings and for the dropdown “Disable/Enable Comments”, I’ve changed “SELECT” into “ENABLE” and I clicked on “Save Settings”.

    Today I noticed again that the comments are gone. Not sure if the system, which is set to clean up the site every day, does it, or if a colleague went to the settings and re-saved, but one odd item that I noticed is that when you click on “Save Settings”, those settings are reflected online, but the dropdown options aren’t also saved for the next time you go to that page.

    They are not saved even when the page refreshes itself to tell you this:

    Comments enabled on all current and previously published posts
    Settings updated

    Please fix!
