General setting wrong modification

Hello all,
I’ve got a problem with a wrong modification i the general settings. ??

My blog was fully functional until i came up with a very wrong idea, changing
the “wordpress address” and “blog address” parameters from “https://www.mysite.it” to “https://www.mysite.it/index.php”

As you can easily notice… I’m not a programmer ??

Now the blog isn’t working and I cannot access to the control panel.
