Hi, I just have problem setting up my store.
    1. When I was doing the step by step I couldn’t choose a theme, and it just got done automatically
    2. I think that made that some pages didn’t get created as it should be. For example, Cart page doesn’t exist, I think My account either.
    3. I won’t charge any taxes on my products and I don’t know then how to set the 4 step, which is adding taxes.

So… I really need help. Tried deleting WooCommerce plugin to start again but I can’t.

Thanks for any help you can give me! ??

    Hi there @mercurioacademia,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing while setting up your store. Let’s tackle these issues one by one.

    1. Themes: If you’re unable to choose a theme during setup, you can always go back and change it later. Navigate to your WordPress dashboard > Appearance > Themes, there you can select and customize a theme that suits your store.
    2. Missing Pages: If certain pages like Cart and My Account didn’t get created, you can manually create them. Go to Pages > Add New in your WordPress dashboard. Name the page “Cart” or “My Account”, then in the page editor, enter the corresponding shortcode [woocommerce_cart] or [woocommerce_my_account] respectively. You can learn more on WooCommerce shortcodes here.
    3. Taxes: If you’re not charging taxes, you can skip the tax setup. In the WooCommerce setup wizard, when you reach the ‘Store Details’ section, make sure to uncheck the box that says ‘Will you be charging sales tax?’

You can also find a detailed guide on how to get started with WooCommerce from this guide.

As for deleting and reinstalling WooCommerce, please note that simply deactivating and deleting the plugin won’t erase your settings or data. If you want to start fresh, you’ll need to delete WooCommerce data from your database, which is a bit more complex process.

We’re here to help you through each step, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have more questions or need further assistance.

Shortcodes don’t really help much, because although they create the main pages, they don’t create the “subpages” like all the options that come within “My account”. How can I reset the plugin and have all the pages and subpages created correctly?

Hi, I was using the incorrect block, I was using HTML and not SHORTCODE!
But… I discovered it following an online page of how to reinstall WooCommerce.

    Thanks anyways.
