    Hi.

    I have lost all my settings recently and I am unable to configure the plugin again.
    I’m missing specific Google consent mode settings. there are no options for Cookie type under Compliance&Behavior tab. Everything was set back to default. Whats it some recent update?

    How do I get the plugin work again?
    Are there any specific database entries that needs to be deleted prior to plugin reinstall??

    Please help!

    Im using premium version of the plugin!

    Ok, I’ve got the main problem solved. However, I had to cofigure the plugin from the scratch.
    Any idea why I lost all configs? It just happed without any errors/notices. Is it possible an update caused this?

    Hi,

    do you know from which version you have updated?

    If it was a very old version, there might still have been the rest of an exploit a couple of years ago.

    It was a recent version that I have updated.

    The plugin works ok again but today I’m gettin a warning ( Please add your license key. You can do that in the tab ‘License’ of the plugin settings. You are not receiving any security or compatibility updates at the moment. This might break your wordpress page. You can get a key here: beautiful-cookie-banner.com. ) This is because there is a plugin update pending and I am not allowed to aplly it due to the problem with licence key.

    I have an active subscription, just verified. How do I get my licence key? Was it sent to me before – I can’t remember..?
