Can we ask you to put the popup on the test page so we can see it live?
Also, please, enable the **Debug Mode** so our support team can check what the issue is.
Follow the steps below to achieve this.
1. Go to Popup Builder settings.
2. Check the “Enable DEBUG MODE”.
3. Click “Save Changes”.

Thanks for the URL.

As we noticed, you send us the preview URL, which means that we can’t see the actual page.
On the preview page, the popup event doesn’t matter, we just show the popup.

Can we ask to put the popup on the test page and send the URL of the test page and not the preview link, please?

sorry thought i was sending the actual page. I cannot even get it to work on actual page

I didnt do much for settings just added;

-inserted image i want to come up on-click
-i changed the display rule to select pages and selected the page above
-i changed to “on click”

I dont see the button on this page at all.

Open On click /On hover/On load Popup via CSS class.
