    Hi,
We want to add some discounts on our marketplace because of Black Friday. Now, the idea is for every product to be a 20% off, but that it doesn’t affect the amount that sellers get.

We have set a 30% comission for admin of the total price of the product. So if a product costs $100, the seller receives $70 and us, the admin, receive the other $30. We want to set a discount for every product of a 20% so that instead of paying $100, the client pays $80 but the seller will still get their $70, and is us admin who will be taking that 20% out of our comission so we’d instead receive $10.

How could we add something like this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @kreativamarketing ,

I believe you are using Dokan Pro because vendor coupon is a Pro feature. Please reach out to our support channel when you have queries regarding a pro feature.

The way you want to calculate the coupon is not possible at the moment. The coupons created by the vendor will be deducted from the product price. So, if a 100$ product has a 20% coupon the final price will be 80$. The commission will cut from this 80$.

I will recommend you lower your commission now to 12.5% so that even if the product price is 80$ you will get 10$ & the rest will be for the vendor.

For further flexibility, you will need to customize how the coupon works for the vendor.

    Thank you ??
