GDPR rules
-
Hey guys,
Someone has just pointed out the following to me:
“Note that to comply with GDPR rules, you need to disclose that you are sharing access rights to third parties like us in your Terms & Conditions”
This message came from a Happiness Engineer at WooCommerce who is helping me with a problem I have on this site.
I have used Complianz to create the following policies:
Cookie Policy (EU) & (UK)
Privacy Policy
Refund and Returns Policy
Terms and ConditionsI don’t want to be in GDPR trouble and I was wondering if anyone might know what the best setting in Complianz would be to make sure this is disclosed? I’ve had a look around and I can’t see where such a disclosure would live and or where I can include it.
Originally, I created an EU Cookie Policy. The WooCommerce store is based in the UK but selling worldwide and I’m also not sure if an EU policy is worth having or if I should remove it and just keep the UK one. Again, if anyone might know, I’d really appreciate any guidance.
Thank you,
Kate
