GDPR pop up

So I installed the plugin and now users get a pop up when they enter the site, however I cannot seem to edit what the pop up has inside of it, I placed the text inside of both the privacy banner text and also the privacy expert text, however, the box that you press “I agree” it is still blank, any help with this?
