GDPR parameters Vimeo

Hi,
i’ve seen that since the update 1.7.1 there have been added the GDPR compliance parameters for youtube/vimeo videos.

I see that now on vimeo video we can find the “dnt=1” parameter but how can i choose when to add it and when not ?
If i accept all the cookies there is still the dnt=1 parameter

I would like to add the dnt=1 parameter only when the customer does not accept the “statistics cookie”
