GDPR plugin on Mobile Site with W3 Total Cache

Hi,
I have installed the W3 Total cache and it works great. When I installed a cookies policy plugin, it worked perfectly fine on desktops however not on mobile websites. The cookies policy notice is coming up on every page on my mobile site and it does not “remember” that I already clicked accept, which can get very annoying. It does work on the desktop as it supposed to. I contacted the plugin developer and he suggested that it most likely has something to do with the caching plugin, since all the settings are correct within the GDPR plugin it. Do you have any suggestions?
