GDPR not fully working in embbeded form

Hi!

I’m using Mailchimp for WP in order to put an embbeded form into a page. It seems that everything works fine: it forces you to check the privacy policy if you want to continue, and finally you can submit it. After confirm the subscription with the double opt-in the user is added to my MailChimp list.

The problem is that the GDPR field is not marked as accepted in MailChimp’s website (there is no info into the GDPR field when it should say “He leído y acepto la política de privacidad” as it does when you fill a regular form).

Any idea what’s wrong?
