All round great appointments plugin

  • I did have concerns about GDPR issues, but the developer listened and made improvements to what is already a good plugin. Highly recommend.

    Hi @chrslcy, inside EA Settings > Customize > GDPR section you have option to delete data older then 6 months. So calling it a nightmare is little bit over exaggerating ?? we are planning to add option for auto deletion of those data (older then 6 months) is that will be ok solution for you?

    Thanks for the reply. I had not noticed the new manual 6-month deletion feature and so I have updated my review accordingly.

    While it is a welcome addition to what is a good plugin, I think you would do well to introduce automated deletion of clients data and easier bulk deletion of data on the Appointments page, rather than a button hidden in the customise/settings area.

    As I said, busy administrators could easily be storing the personal contact details of thousands of clients when they don’t even know it is still in the database.

    Hi @chrslcy option to auto remove old data is added to GDPR section of settings in latest version 3.0.6. Just mark the checkbox and save the settings ??
