GDPR Export Personal Data

  • Hello,

    Im having a strange problem with WordPress core GDPR export personal data.
    I can make requests which users can then confirm through their email, but in the admin page (/wp-admin/tools.php?page=export_personal_data), the table shows the message ‘No items found’ even though the filters show that I have confirmed requests.

    Because of this of course I cannot proceed with the next step of the data request.

    Has anyone else come across this?

  • You theme and plugins must support this new ‘feature’. Please test on a default install and then consult the theme or plugin that is collecting said data.
