GDPR cookie consent plugin

I’ll always recommend a using a plugin over adding your own code. Easier to manage, more options, dedicated support, etc.

The reason I ask is I got email from these cookie.eu guys saying one my the sites I am working on does not comply with gdpr cookie consent thing. Are they official? are we obliged to use their code?

Nothing about that site looks official, I think they’re just spamming for businesses.

It doesn’t mean they’re wrong, but you don’t have to use their service either.
