    Hello,

    I need to ask how to activate the cooperation of your plugin and GDPR Cookie Compliance Plugin by Moove Agency. Because the current state is not compliant – if the visitor clicks on “reject cookies”, no cookies are stored, that’s correct. But until the user selects either “accept” or “reject”, cookies are already stored in their browser. They are deleted only after the rejection, as I wrote. However, due to the law, it is necessary not to store any cookies until the user clicks on the “accept cookies” button.

    Following the steps indicated in this article (GDPR Cookie Compliance)?should already integrate WooCommerce Pixel Manager and GDPR Cookie Compliance.

    I’ve managed to check your site. In doing so, I noticed that the cookies were indeed being saved right away. Then, when I clicked the refuse option, that’s the only time that they were deleted.

    Normally, this occurs when the banner’s explicit consent is not working. Explicit Consent Mode disables all pixels and cookies until explicit consent for tracking is accepted by the user. In order for the cookie banner’s explicit consent to work with our plugin, you need to enable this on our settings.

    I checked your page’s source code and it seems that explicit consent mode is turned off on your site. See –?https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uZJm5x.

    I can also see that you’re using the free version of our plugin. By default, it uses the Implicit Consent Mode. This means that cookies will always be saved unless it is refused. You can try the Explicit Consent Mode feature which is only available in the Pro Version.

    Hello,

    I see that you need to enable the Explicit Consent Mode in the settings, but we are using the free version of the plugin. I don’t see anywhere on your site the option of a lifetime license, is this possible? We don’t want to pay annually.

    Hi @mrhaza

    We don’t offer a lifetime license and probably never will. If you choose to buy the pro version the best offer that you can get is the annual subscription.

    And no, there is no hook for this.
