Hi, referencing the crazy new GDPR regulations, is there any scope to add a field/button to the registarion form/ad details so that the user can either tick a box to confirm if data can be held, or add a statement to it saying “by using this form you consent to us using your data for purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy”
    Thanks

  • Hi @coconasher,

    Thanks for contacting me here.

Since we just got the release a little over a week ago from WP that is GDPR compliant, we’re taking time right now to implement the hooks and required aspects they recommend in their specification. When we’re done, you’ll have some “pre-baked” snippets you can add to your privacy policy as well as hooks to automatically remove data from AWPCP when a user requests it on your site, if they’re part of the AWPCP system.

As for the button request above, we’ll add that to the list to work on here…we’ve got a lot going on, including a major release for AWPCP 4.0 and we’ll try to get it in ASAP.
