    Dear developer team,

    I like the simplicity of the plugin, providing a consent dialog/button for embedded videos.

    GDPR compliance makes it necessary to ask the visitor for consent before loading the video and the placeholder image. The plugin blocks the video but not the related placeholder image it seems. The image is loaded from e.g. “https://i.vimeocdn.com/video/…” before the visitor gave his consent, sending his IP address (= his personal data) to the video provider.

    Is there a way to make this plugin fully GDPR compliant?
