    Hello,

Hope you’re having a great day. We are an enterprise that must be fully GDPR compliant. Therefore, we must ask every plugin developer these questions. Would you please answer the following questions?

    1) Is your WordPress plugin GDPR compliant?

    2) Does your company access or copy or otherwise derive any data (including user data) from our WordPress website or any other plugins or themes on our WordPress website?

    3) Does your plugin transfer or provide access to any data that is associated with any particular user/individual or any particular user/individual’s posted data to any external site or system or entity, including your own?

    4) Does your company or plugin add any cookies to our site?

    5) Does your company or plugin encrypt any and all data before it leaves our site?

    Thank you!

Thanks Shea! Regarding item 2 where you said “no, the core plugin does not”…. Does the premium version or any add-on products you offer (in addition to the core plugin) access or copy or otherwise derive any data (including user data) from our WordPress website or any other plugins or themes on our WordPress website? If so, which products do that and what data do they access? Love your plugin and we are just trying to be actively GDPR compliant.

No, by that statement I meant that the plugin itself does not, but obviously we cannot speak for what the code you add as snippets will do.
