    Hi there,

    i was wondering if this plugin is gdpr compliant when its used without AMP-pages?
    I couldnt find anything about this topic so any hints are very appreciated.

    @elschnuppero Thank you for your inquiry. Site owners who choose to use Web Stories are responsible for managing notice/consent requirements. It’s usually best to use another plugin like WP GDPR Cookie Notice for this that supports AMP.

    But where can i find information about the data the plugin is sending to google since i have to write this in the data privacy agreement of my website? I cant find anything about this on the web.

    @elschnuppero The Web Stories plugin by default does not send any data to Google when installed.

    If you have Google Analytics ID configured in the settings, data about users opening/viewing stories on the site will be sent to the analytics platform. There is also data like this that can be sent to ad networks if that is configured. Site owners must ensure consent is collected from site visitors before collecting “story analytics” data, and that the consent covers any other tracking and personalization done by their configured ad network as well.
