    Hello,

    I live in the European Union. You probably have heart about the GDPR, it is a new privacy policy for all EU states.

    In order to use this plugin somewhere in the EU (and especially for a company), we (as a EU company) need a statement from a plugin provider about how data is processed (i.e. if there is tracking integrated or the plugin sets some cookies). I have checked it and I believe that this plugin does not set any cookies and does not have any tracking integrated (so that “our” users send data to “your” server (even the IP address is already deserving protection)).

    But this is not enough. We actually would need some kind of a data processing agreement. As this is unreasonable for a free plugin, I believe some kind of statement on your site would be good.

    Are you willing to add this kind of information, i.e. in your plugin description page? Then it would be possible that your player can be used in the EU.

    Hi there,

    As you correctly pointed out, this plugin does not set any cookies and does not require user tracking. I will add this statement in the next release of the plugin.
