GDPR Compliance

Hi, it would seem that this plugin is not GDPR compliant.
In my opinion, to be GDPR compliant, it would need:
1) An additional checkbox stating “By clicking “Start Tracking”, I agree to have my email adress stored and used according to our privacy policy (with link to corresponding privacy policy section). Form shouldn’t be able to be submitted without this additional checkbox ticked (should not be ticked by default)
2) The subscribers.csv file should record this additional consent in plain text
