GDPR Compliance?

    Is this plugin GDPR compliant?
    Does this plugin collect any data of users for a website it is installed on?

    I know this seem to be a stupid question, but many plugins collect data automatically. So I need to know this to be able to use the plugin after the GDPR kicks in.

    No, CMB2 itself shouldn’t be doing any data collection on its own, and should be compliant. However, it could be used to collect and store data on users, by the people who are using CMB2 for their website and creating frontend forms and such.

    Closing this. As Michael said, there is nothing CMB2 does on its own, so the developer integrating it will need to ensure they are being compliant.
