    I would like to know if Elementor will work correctly with Mailchimp when it comes to complying with the new GDPR law.

  • There is a double opt-in with the MailChimp integration, and Elementor forms also have an acceptance field. This means the user can check they approve your terms.

    To make a website is 100% complying with the new GDPR law, you have to console a lawyer, regardless of Elementor and Mailchimp.
