GDPR compliance // jQuery UI files loaded from Cloudflare

Hi!

This is a really powerful and useful plugin!

What a shame that it’s not possible to use this plugin if you need to be fully GDPR compliant. The plugin loads several jQuery UI JS and CSS files from a Cloudflare CDN in these files:
calculated-fields-form/inc/cpcff_admin_int.inc.php
calculated-fields-form/inc/cpcff_public_int.inc.php

Is there a way to resolve this? Ideally, all files should be served locally. An option to deactivate the CSS for the frontend would also be helpful, if someone uses his own CSS for the forms.
