Following the entry into force of the Data Protection and Processing Regulations (GDPR) in May 2018 you will need to follow certain procedures to ensure that your contact forms created with Bookly are compliant with the law.

Firstly, you will need to include a checkbox in your forms that the user must tick to consent to the processing of their personal data.
The second important point is that next to this checkbox there should be a link to the privacy policy.

I would like to know if there is an ADD-ON for to do it. Thank you

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

You can check our Bookly Custom fields (Add-on) which allows you to create additional fields on Details step. These fields can be set up as mandatory so your clients won’t be able to finish the booking process till all fields are fulfilled.
The information about the add-on can be found on our website.

Let me know if it works for you.
