GDPR checkbox not showing

Sorry for the troubles. We are still investigating these issues and would like to get some details and maybe take a look at your forms.

First please note that the checkbox appears only after a user attempts to subscribe.

Secondly, we are now aware of an issue where if the description of the form is hidden, the checkbox does not appear. (as the checkbox would normally be contained in the description). If that is the case please unhide your description and simply leave it empty until we can patch this.

Third, I require some details on the forms.
1. Please confirm you have settings the GDPR settings, filled out the Consent Message. these settings do not work if the Consent Message is left blank.
2. Please let me know exactly what happens when a user attempts to subscribe with one of these forms.
3. And lastly, if the above does not help, please send us a link to where we can inspect your forms as well
