    I want to add check box for gdpr compliance

    This is my form:

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Within the plugin form builder, you may add a Compliance Note but this will not include a checkbox.

    If you would like to add a checkbox please build the form with the Sendinblue form builder and share this to your WP site using iFrame. This builder offers more functionalities. Please see https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019485320
