GDPR Banner does not appear

Hi,

I just add GDPR Cookie Consent plugin. I activated the banner but it doesn’t appear on the site. I cleared cache and went to the website in private mode but nothing.

I d’ont have so many other plugin so I don’t think this is about compatibility…

I also have the get_footer and get_header in the template.

Any idea of the problem ?
