GDPR and Maintained

Hi,

This plugin has been used on a site that I didn’t build but I am now being charged with fixing any issues that may arise, I have 2 issues here:L

1. Is this plugin still being maintained and if so can we expect any GDPR compliance to be carried out on it.
2. In the meantime, is there a way of adding a simple checkbox field to this plugin so I can at least mimic some kind of GDPR compliance on the form.

Currently we have had to create checkbox field outwith the actual form and then absolutely position it in the form, we are then employing a piece of jQuery to disable the submit button until the checkbox has been checked, this is causing me some head aches when it comes to responsiveness as the checkbox field moves around depending on whcih device it is being viewed on, this isn’t ideal a checkbox field in the plugin would instantly solve all of my headaches.
