GDPR and automatic deletion

    Hi MailUp team,
    in many websites, we use plugin WP MailUp to send automatically data from WordPress forms (especially Gravity Forms) directly to MailUp platform. It works great.
    Due to new GDPR, we would like to know: If a user deletes his data on WordPress (in particular, on Gravity Form), is it possible to delete him automicatically also on MailUp?

    Hi Narco,
    the wp-mailup plugin is a simple subscription form and it does not include a delete/unsubscribe option. To unsubscribe you may use API calls.
    As it seems you have built an integration that is more complex than a basic one, I recommend you directly contact MailUp support to have more detalis, especially for those actions that are related to GDPR.
