GDPR – Agreement of terms and conditions

  • I’m planning to blank my database and start again before 25/05/18 but going forward I would like to have a set of check boxes agreeing or not to store emails.

    Is there a feature in participate database to allow users to agree to terms and conditions and for it to be confidential to create an account?

    I’ve taken a look at this and this is going to be up to individual users to set up.

    Your whole site should have some kind of opt-in for cookies and personal data, since it is not only Participants Database that can collect this kind of information.

    I also suggest you add a “checkbox” to your Participants Database where people can indicate their data should be erased. You can add more checkboxes for other things that your users will need to opt-in for, such as terms and conditions, agreement to store personal data, etc.
