    Hi,
    Two initial questions about GDPR compliance and the Data Processing Agreement.

    Paragraph 1 makes reference to the Privacy Shield – Clean Talk is not registered as an approved entity, could you confirm the name of the processor in the event that data is processed in the USA.

    Paragraph 2.3 makes reference to “Exhibit A” but there appear to be no attachments?

    Paragraph 4.2 – please can you confirm which countries the personal data will be processed in

    At the moment we are conducting certification for Privacy Shield.

    Paragraph 2.3 makes reference to “Exhibit A” but there appear to be no attachments?

    We will add the “Exhibit A” attachments in 1 week.

    Paragraph 4.2 – please can you confirm which countries the personal data will be processed in

    All information storage in database servers placed in EU, USA and Canada. A week later the server from Canada will be removed.
