    Hi,

I’m using GDE plugin and am having an issue with the correct version of a file displaying. I have a calendar (calendar.pdf) that I overwrite monthly with a new one. When I go to view it on the page, it’s showing the March calendar instead of the new April one in the view window. The download link, however, shows the April calendar.

I’ve already deleted/reinstalled the plugin, cleared all cache files, etc. I can’t get the newest version of calendar.pdf to load.

Here’s a link to the page in question:

Any ideas on how to correct this?

    Thank you!
    Lynn

  • Hello,

Please add cache="0" to your shortcode for this item. That will override the cache of the document. The cache is maintained by Google, so there isn’t anything that you can do to clear it locally, but this option forces Google to reload it from the source each time.

Let me know if you need more help.
