GDE Error still plaguing me

When I click your link, I see an embed without any error!

You’ve probably moved things now anyway, but please note your shortcode URL https://ourholyfamily.org/micah/uploads/2016/1/2015-01-10.doc doesn’t point to a valid file.

If you’re still having problems, I’m afraid we’ll need more details! Maybe try different browsers to track down where the problem occurs.

Dan,

It’s only working because I abandoned GDE for the rest of the week so that parishioners could see it. I went with Spiderpowa and changed the file to a pdf so it would work.

Sorry I should have thought about that before posting my note.

I’ll change in back on Saturday and repost.

I have tried to upload a file and it works well in pc view.

However in mobile view I get the error “ooops there was a problem loading more pages. Retrying…”

I have uploaded different files to test, but I still have this error.

Can you advice?
