GD Star Rating hack needed

  • Hello there =).

    I’m trying to use GD Star Rating plugin to show raters, but i need to close a div before the rating code to stylish it. I have tried editing $rater in gd-star-render.php, but it doesn’t allow me to write '</div>' in the begining, it doesn’t write it.
    I have tried with '</p>', '</div>', but i cannot put a closing tag before an opening tag.

    Any ideas?
