    Hello,

I have created a few listing records using WP GeoDirectory (GD) plugin.

When someone tries to use the Pinterest (Share This) Button, all images on the post are available except the images uploaded to the “Reviews” section. Screenshots here

    2. Missing Images: https://imgur.com/a/n6jDdep

From the browser-inspect findings, it seems GD’s Review Images are not delivered by Jetpack CDN, as are the rest of the images on the site.

GD plugin support had a look at it and suggested to contact you to resolve this.

    Kind regards,

    Hi there, @backpackingseries,

Thanks for your patience and for bearing with us; we’re working on a backlog of support requests at this time, and we generally answer in the order received.

I can see the issue happening – thanks for sharing the screenshots and the site URL.

To start investigating on this one, can you please make sure there are no exclusions set that might prevent the CDN from serving images from the GD plugin’s directories? <span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>Please?check out our support documentation on Jetpack CDN for more specific troubleshooting steps</span>.

We have had some conflicts with WP GeoDirectory in the past, but not about the CDN; we’re happy to keep investigating once you check the above ?? Thanks!

    Thank you @erania-pinnera

I looked up the checklist under “Limitations of the site accelerator” on the link you had shared. Things look good to me.

These are normal images omitted by the Image CDN and that are delivered directly from the /wp-content folder.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @backpackingseries,

It looks like most of your images are already being served from our CDN, except for a few. While I’m not entirely sure why some of them aren’t, I do have a workaround that should help. You can manually update the image URLs to make sure they load from the Image CDN by following these simple steps:

    1. Open the page in your WP-admin where the images are located.
    2. Click on the image that isn’t displaying.
    3. In the block options that appear above the image, click on the three dots.
    4. Choose “Edit as HTML” and add i0.wp.com at the start of the image URL.

I’ve also included a quick and friendly screen capture video: https://d.pr/v/y4k3ST.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else.

    Thank you @alinclamba

    Appreciate your help here.

While your workaround may fix the issue on the URL I shared, but this is an ongoing scenario for us. We keep adding new reviews. Its the images inside such reviews that are not served by Image CDN, in general.

As such it is not an acceptable solution.

I will continue to observe it and share anything that might indicate a pattern or something to solve this.

    Once again, thank you.

    Kind regards

    Hi @backpackingseries

Have you run into any additional examples of this in new reviews? If so, please share the URLs here so that we can investigate.

    Hey there @backpackingseries,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
