• I’ve read your documentation and previous forum posts about 403 errors when trying to upload profile pics. We’re trying to understand what’s happening so that maybe we can figure a way around the problem.

We’re using Sell Media as the primary plugin for creating a micro stock site. Sell Media relies on Imagick to function and we do have that enabled. We also have GD enabled as that is needed for your plugin. The originals are stored in an S3 bucket, the rest is on a local server.

Imagick is creating the thumbnails (watermarked) we need, but we can’t get any (we’ve also tried other plugins–UserPro, for example) profile plugins to work. Whenever we attempt to upload a jpg we get: …/wp-content/plugins/userpro/lib/fileupload/fileupload.php 403 (Forbidden)

I’ve checked the permissions and they all appear to be configured correctly.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where we’d look for a conflict? How to approach creating a solution?

    Thanks
