GD bbPress Tools JS files don't load for BuddyPress Forums

I’m using the latest version of everything and I noticed that the quote function, amongst others, don’t work for forums that are a part of buddypress groups because the javascript and CSS files aren’t loaded.

Any suggested workaround?
