• Thank you for such a great plugin!

I have all the settings for GCal Synchronization set-up successfully and can sync appointments through the import & export buttons in the settings section of the plug-in. Is there a way to have that sync automatically without going into the settings every time?

    Best,
    Rich

    Hello @vitaminrich,

If everything is set correctly then those appointments should work automatically – sometimes they need more time, but it should be done without clicking buttons.
Can you check in “Google Calendar API: Select Your Calendar” in API mode that synchronization is checked in both ways?

Do you use one “main” calendar or you have each of your service providers have it’s own? This is option “Allow Service Providers for Google Calendar API Integration”

    kind regards,

    Hi Kasia,

Thank you for your quick response. Yes, the Google Calendar API is “A+<->GCal (Synchronization)”. I use just one calendar.

    Hello @vitaminrich

I’ve tested the Google Calendar synchronization on my site and it is working well. Would you please check the Appointments log, Appointments > Settings > Logs, for any errors.

Just to clarify, is the Google sync not working both ways?

Please also try deactivating all the plugins and see if the automatic synchronization will work.

If it is working, please activate one plugin at the time, to find what plugin may be causing this.

Let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
