    I’m super excited to use this plug in. I’m using the free version and would consider upgrading in the future if this works.

    My issues is that I placed a test order and I received the email for the order details, but no GC details. I checked the order under Woocommerce and found that it was set to ‘pending’. I flipped this to ‘Complete’ and received an email that my order has been completed. Still no Gift Card email.

    I read through a lot of the forum issues regarding this and it appears the gift card code was not generated. The plug-in does not recognize the email it was purchased under nor does it say one was even bought.

    I doubled checked and I created it corrected under the WC Products page, but still nothing.

    I read in a forum about Ajax not sending the GC through to check out. I know nothing about Ajax and would need some help.

    When you add the gift card to the cart you should immediately see the To / From / Message fields in the Cart. When the order is placed, this information is carried over to the Order line item.

    If you do not see the “To” email address in the order then check the Cart. If you don’t see it adding to the cart, it sounds like you may have an “AJAX Add-To-Cart” feature enabled from your theme that is preventing the card from being added.

    Disable this option in your theme and see if that does the trick.
